What does opening an account involve?
Pick a tier, complete the sign-up form and confirm your email address. Your account exists at once; you can trade with real money when verification is done.
Which documents prove my identity?
Photo ID issued by a government, plus proof of address dated within the last three months — a bank statement or a utility bill. Most checks are done within one business day.
How quickly do deposits and withdrawals arrive?
Deposits by card or e-wallet appear within minutes. A withdrawal is processed on your tier’s schedule, after which it depends on your bank — typically one to three business days.
Can I move to another account tier later on?
Yes. Account, history and positions all stay the same; once your balance reaches a higher tier’s minimum, its conditions apply from the next trading session.
Do you keep client funds separate?
Yes. The company’s own funds are kept apart from client money, which tier-one banks hold in segregated accounts and which is reconciled daily.
