Terms & conditions

These terms set the rules for using the Felmora Capital trading platform and website, and you accept every one of them when you open an account or place an order.

Most recent update: 15 September 2026

Read this text together with the other documents linked in the footer: it is part of your agreement with the company the regulatory information page names.

1. Our agreement

The whole agreement between you and Felmora Capital consists of these terms, the risk disclosure, the privacy policy and any conditions displayed when you use a particular feature. If a feature’s own condition conflicts with these terms, that condition prevails for that feature alone.

The services are not aimed at residents of sanctioned territories, and nothing on the website offers them to anyone in a jurisdiction where that offer would break the law.

2. Who can hold an account

To enter into this agreement you must be 18 or older and have the legal capacity to do so. Your account is yours alone: nobody else may trade on it, and every order sent from it is your responsibility.

Before trading with real money, we check your identity and the source of your funds, and we may run these checks again later. If an account cannot be verified, we close it and return any balance to where it came from.

3. How orders are executed

Until an order is accepted, the prices displayed are only indicative. Liquidity, connectivity and market conditions can push a fill away from the last price shown, and a stop order is not guaranteed at the requested level.

Margin requirements apply to leveraged positions. Should the margin ratio drop below the platform level, positions may be cut or closed with no advance notice to return the account within its limits.

4. Charges and fees

Before you confirm an order, the fees for your account tier are shown in the platform and published on the account page. In practice a trader meets spreads, overnight financing, charges on deposits and withdrawals, and any inactivity fee.

A transfer may also be charged for by third parties such as your bank, card issuer or payment provider. Such charges are theirs, not ours, and we do not refund them.

5. Our liability

Market losses, the results of your own trading decisions, and events beyond our reasonable control — an exchange outage, say, or your connection failing — are not our liability. What we answer for are the losses caused by our failure to meet the standard of care set out here.

These terms do not limit any liability that the law does not allow to be limited, liability for fraud included.

6. Amendments, suspension and closing

These terms may be amended by us to reflect a change in the service, in the law or in what a regulator requires. We announce material changes in the platform and by email no less than 14 days before they apply, unless the law requires a change to apply sooner.

Once your open positions are settled, you can close your account whenever you wish. We may suspend or close an account if the agreement is breached, if verification fails, or if we are obliged to.
