Here Felmora Capital sets out which personal data it processes and why, who else has access to it, and what you may ask us to do with it.

Read this text together with the other documents linked in the footer: it is part of your agreement with the company the regulatory information page names.
1. Data we collect
Financial data: deposits and withdrawals, positions, order history and your evidence of where your funds come from. Account data: the identity documents we must check, plus your name, address, date of birth, phone number and email.
The platform also logs events for fraud monitoring and security, and some technical data is gathered automatically: the pages you open, your device and browser, and your IP address.
2. Why we use it
We need it to open and manage your account, carry out and settle your orders, comply with our anti-money-laundering and record-keeping obligations, guard the platform against abuse and fraud, and reply when you ask for support.
We send marketing only if you have opted in, and each message includes an unsubscribe link you can use without writing to support.
3. Legal grounds
Running your account rests on performance of the contract; identity and transaction records on legal obligation; security and improving the service on legitimate interests; marketing and non-essential cookies on your consent.
When legitimate interests are our basis, we weigh them against your rights, and if you object we stop unless an overriding ground applies.
4. Who it is shared with
Companies that verify identity, those that process payments, the banks we partner with, our cloud infrastructure providers and our professional advisers — each one under contract, and only for the job it was engaged to do.
We never sell personal data. We do disclose it to a regulator, a court or law enforcement when a valid request obliges us to.
5. Storing, transferring and keeping data
Our servers are in the European Economic Area, and your data is stored there. If a provider handles data outside it, the transfer rests on an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
Because anti-money-laundering rules demand it, we keep account and transaction records for at least five years after an account is closed. Technical logs are held for a shorter time and then erased. Our own server fetches the market prices and market news on this site from public providers, and serves the news images through this site. Your browser loads the contact page map directly from OpenStreetMap. The latest prices and stories received stay for a few minutes in the tab’s session storage and are erased when you close it.
6. Your rights over your data
You may withdraw consent, object to processing based on legitimate interests, get a copy of your data or have it corrected, ask us to erase what we are not obliged to keep, and receive your data in a portable format.
We reply within one month to any request sent to legal@felmora-capital.com. Should our reply not satisfy you, you can complain to the data-protection authority in the country where you live.
