Read this text together with the other documents linked in the footer: it is part of your agreement with the company the regulatory information page names.
1. About the company
The website and the trading platform described here are operated by Felmora Capital. The contact page shows its registered office and address for correspondence; its company registration details can be requested.
We offer these services only in jurisdictions where they can lawfully be provided, and the platform applies the leverage and product limits of the place where you live.
2. What we provide
Our service in crypto, forex, stocks, indices and commodities is execution-only. Portfolio management and personal investment recommendations are not part of what we provide.
Products offered in one country may be unavailable in another, and where local rules require it, a feature described here may be limited or withdrawn.
3. How client money is held
Segregation stops client balances being used for the company’s business. To that end, client money is reconciled every day and held apart from the company’s own funds, in segregated accounts with tier-one banking partners.
Segregation does not protect you from trading losses, and it is not a deposit-guarantee scheme.
4. Handling conflicts of interest
Each conflict of interest — between a client and us, or between two clients — is identified under a policy we maintain, which says how it is managed or, if that is not possible, disclosed.
We monitor staff dealing, and nobody’s pay is tied to the trading losses of any client.
5. Making a complaint
A full reply to a complaint is our aim within fifteen business days, and we confirm receipt within two business days. Email legal@felmora-capital.com with your account reference and an outline of what happened.
Should you still be dissatisfied, our response will tell you which external body you can escalate to and by when.
